The LIV’s cranes are produced in accordance with the European Union’s norm EN 12999.
The forest cranes are destined to timber loading by using specialized grapples. The cranes for scrap metal are designed with a special attention to work safety and are ordinarily equipped with overcenter valves as well as a load limiting device. What is more, the possibility of rotation of 425° guarantees the efficiency of work. Precision and smoothness in operating the appliance is assured by a distributor made by renowned producers such as PARKER, NORDHYDRAULIC or DANFOSS. Supplementary options such as a cabin with an electro hydraulic distributor, a canopy, a heated seat, a remote control, lights or rotated hydraulic outriggers enable an easy and safe work.
The cranes’ family composes if six types of a row:
1. Version “P” - are the cranes created for timber loading (pulpwood, log), which are more and more used for scrap metal transport. All models are folded in “Z” while transporting. They are produced with a load capacity from 65 to 240 kNm and an outriggers from 6,2 to 9.5 m.
2 „NP” version are the cranes adapted to scrap metal loading. One of the advantages of this kind of cranes is an outer boom’s cylinder whose position protects it from possible scrap metal’s scratches. All models can be folded in “Z” while transporting. They are produced with a load capacity from 65 to 140 kNm and an outreach from 6,5 to 7,9 m.
3. Version „Z” is the youngest product in the LIV family. This version consist of few models from L60Z to L250Z. The most noticeable difference and the most important advantage of this kind of cranes is an inside booms’ a hydraulic wires’ placement that protects them from damages. Similarly to “P” and “NP” models the “Z” version cranes are folded in “Z” while transporting. They are produced with a load capacity from 60 to 250 kNm and an outreach from 7,2 to 9,6 m.
4. Version „K” are the cranes that are famous for a great power and simplicity of maintenance. They are folded lengthwise subframe while transporting. A linkage between an inner- and an outer boom increases a lifiting’s moment in a horizontal position. This kind of cranes are produced with a load capacity from 90 to 260kNm and an outreach from 7,5 to 15, 5 m.
5. Version „N” are durable, trustworthy and verified cranes. They are folded lengthwise subframe while transporting. Adapted to both stationary and on chassis installation, this kind of cranes are designed for scrap metal’s and timber’s loading. They are produced with a load capacity from 100 to 240 kNm and an outreach from 8,1 to 14,5 m.
6 „T” version cranes are the ones that are designed for an installation on special kind of tractors or trailers. They may be used for the heaviest work in a difficult work field as a perfect tool for timber’s loading. They are available with short or long column, and also with a possibility of controlling from a top seat, from a column or from a truck cab. They are produced with a load capacity from 50 to 120 kNm and an outreach from 4,1 to 9 m.
